1. Shipping Locations

- Worldwide, including Europe, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia
Our fulfillment centers are strategically located in the United States and select international warehouses to ensure efficient delivery.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to track your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website or from your Hellstar Sport account dashboard.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
While delays are rare, external factors may occasionally affect delivery times.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please contact info@hellstarsport.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you immediately.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After that, orders may have already been processed and shipped.
If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return & Refund Policy once your item arrives.
9. Pre-Orders and Special Releases
Some limited-edition or pre-order products may have longer handling times.
