We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds easy, fair, and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by delivery are not eligible.
- Sale or clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at info@hellstarsport.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid (or region-based) shipping label.
- Pack your items securely and send them back within 7 days of receiving the label.
All returns must be shipped to our authorized return center.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please mention it in your email.
Exchanges are processed once the returned product is received and approved.
If the desired item is out of stock, you’ll receive a refund instead.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear, socks, and accessories
- Gift cards and digital items
- Final-sale or promotional clearance products
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact info@hellstarsport.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- U.S. Customers: Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items. For standard returns, a small shipping fee may apply.
- International Customers: Return shipping costs and import duties are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank or card statement.
- Contact your payment provider — processing times vary.
- If you still haven’t received funds, reach out to info@hellstarsport.com and we’ll assist immediately.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and will require a return once delivered.
